The only thing that seems to work is the power button no usb ports work
on the replicator.

Looking through the official manual for the Port Replicator/Port
Replicator II/Mini Dock, there's no mention of drivers.
I suspect it's the same for your situation. Is there something that
isn't working for you, or are you just figuring there should be a driver step?
