My thoughts exactly.

If and when I decide to buy a workstation-class notebook with an IPS screen and
a *6-row island* keyboard it will be an EliteBook, NOT a ThinkPad.

The X220T that we received Friday is the last ThinkPad I ever buy new for as
long as Lenovo sticks to the new keyboard design, period.

Cheers,

George

You sure you want to buy one of the new ones? Have you seen the keyboards?

Hello,

I am holding off upgrading my old T61 until the new Lenovo laptops are
available with USB 3.0. Today looks like the day, but some of the technical
stuff is still not up on the website.

I am doing more photography so I want an IPS panel. It appears I need to go
Full HD to get it, which means the T530 or W530. Some of the information is
still fuzzy. I may wait until the psref sheets are released.
