It does have (almost) the same layout as my X120e. And, all my complaints about the X120 layout have been fixed (Delete in top-right corner, and PgUp/PgDn being actual keys rather than buttons). My X120e and my Roommate's T420 both have the new keyboard design, and it still has the same tactile feel as my T23. It is a good, proper implementation of a chiclet-style keyboard, and not squishy like you might expect. It still has the same scissors action underneath that my T23 did. It still has the same inverted-dome shape to the top of the keys.
