I'm setting up a Tbird email account and using Win 7 64bit on a new PC. There are 3 Hotmail accounts and one (inconsequential) BTinternet account. I haven't been able to work out how to download or access the Hotmail junk folder through Tbird. I have got the Webmail and Hotmail Add-ons installed. Checking the components vs the mozdev site, I am missing the "Mode" tab and have got just the SMTP and POP tabs under Hotmail Account options. Otherwise Tbird is working nicely.
I had appreciable help from thunderbird forum and I've trawled through some of this forum and have the impression that there isn't a solution. Hopefully I am wrong. Help gratefully received. nb I've been using PCs for many years but can easily get lost in the technical jargon so guidance might need to be in simple language! thanks Sandy
