It may appear not work, Check your Hotmail Inbox. I normally don't use the download Junk or any download any of the other folders. I gave it a try this morning with the following results: All of the Junk Mail was download to my Inbox inbox instead of the Hotmail Junk folder. One option here is to use SpamAssassin and have it foward the Junk Mail automatically to the Junk Folder after it is downloaded; although, it will need some training as it will miss some and flag some that are not junk for awhile. As far which folders will if put them depends if your setup for independent folder file to each Hotmail account separately or using single Junk Mail Folder. Mail from other folders would need transferred which folder you wish for them to be in manually or use a filter to transfer them. Personally, I would like seen it auto file the emails to the correct folder as it was downloaded but was not the case here with the current Hotmail add-on.
