It's not clipboard support that's missing, it's clipboard
_notification_ support that's missing.

And I believe the FESCo problem is that TigerVNC wanted to ship with
its own copy of FLTK (with some extra patches). The FESCo policy is
that system libraries must be used.

So to get this sorted out in Fedora someone needs to push the FLTK
packager to include relevant patches.
