If I look at the changelog on Fedora's last build of FLTK

I see:
  * Wed Aug 22 2012 Adam Tkac <atkac redhat com> - 1.3.0-6
  - update to 1.3.x snap r9671
  - add some not-yet-accepted patches needed by tigervnc

Are those patches the one needed, or are there further
patches?  I can't really tell without downloading the
sources from Fedora and TigerVNC.

Another possibility is that those patches were dropped in
newer builds.
