But neither NTP nor the pool have anything to do with timezone.
Timezone setup is part of almost all
OS configuration processes and is easily available to most programs.
That information wouldn't be generally available outside the
computer itself. So, it would be up to the people writing the
configuration generator programs to make use of that information.
Since we have no control over those configuration generator programs,
I don't think that this is anything we can help with.
