- provided he does not infringe the license, nobody will prevent this.
- building a business case on the edge of GPL is quite at big risk.
- I'll never pay any attention to software based on TinyERP but not fully 
available, and will strongly discourage customers to go this way.
Now freedom is a matter of choice.
