I think you may have misunderstood how we work. 1. We don't plan to restraint the community for contributing at all ! We changed lots of things in v5 to facilitate communities to contribute and are still working on others improvements on the openobject platform. Some may complain about Launchpad, but I don't know a better tool to manage: branches of developments, bug tracker, releases and versions, translations, questions and answers, ... 2. As an editor, nearly 100% of our R&D budget is for improving the current status of the software, not new features: new documentations, configuration wizards, tooltips, better views, customization without development, ...
