If OpenERP will have radical changes in each year's release, people will look 
after something more stable. An approach like the one taken by the Linux kernel 
team, with small steps, continuous improvements, but without breaking 
compatibility would be wiser.

 There were so many changes in the last year, that I think there's need to 
stabilize. To improve things but without radical changes. 

In order to improve community involvement, changes must be discussed before the 
decisions are taken.
