My confirm_request.txt is certainly much closer to a treatise than the
terse default.  But I have friends and relatives who's email practices are
to look for the last email from me, and reply to it.  Frequently that's my
confirmation request.  So I've had friends (quite a few actually) who will
try to send me a new email by replying to my confirmation request.  Which,
of course does not result in an email that gets delivered to my mailbox.

So, yes my confirm_request.txt is wordy, but since going to the wordy
version, I've had significantly fewer problems with folks who do what
I described above.

My comments do not mean I think the default templates should be changed.
They're just fine as defaults.  I just don't use them.
