Indeed, most folks don't. I've seen many different approaches to the templates, and always find it interesting how people choose to customize them. The only thing I don't particularly like is when people remove the TMDA notice from the template, currently: ``This message was created automatically by mail delivery software (TMDA)'' I think a bit of advocacy is the least people can contribute. Hmm, perhaps I'll take that line out of the templates, and add it in the code as an additional MIME part, to make it mandatory.
