Coming to how we can help build volunteers is to be in regular discussion/touch with like-minded groups. Yes. Every group have this problem of volunteers. So if we unite, hopefully the problem can be solved to some extent. NGO Database we thought of this from long back, but couldn't because we are not making any visits as we are busy in medical cases. Coming to the effort estimate, first of all, we should know the availability of the volunteers that we have. That is the reason why I insisted on giving us the availability time table to us.
