Forgot to add,

Karthik,

we never meant that members other than on-field volunteers shouldn't
suggest. We only meant that we can discuss and explain. Sometimes what you
think is not true or applicable when it comes to ground realities. That is
why we stress on giving more importance to on-field volunteers' opinion. No
one here are taking decisions on their own. We share with the group and
based on consensus only we take decisions.

We very much value, oblige and solicit the opinions of all our members.

Three wonderful emails.

Karthik, your concern is true. We understand. But as Chaitanya wrote, we
can never start if we think we will do things only if we have enough
volunteers.

Coming to how we can help build volunteers is to be in regular
discussion/touch with like-minded groups. Yes. Every group have this problem
of volunteers. So if we unite, hopefully the problem can be solved to some
extent.

NGO Database we thought of this from long back, but couldn't because we
are not making any visits as we are busy in medical cases.

Coming to the effort estimate, first of all, we should know the
availability of the volunteers that we have. That is the reason why I
insisted on giving us the availability time table to us.
