Hi All, I can say one thing frankly. Very very few members (2 r 3) from Blr will see this mail, if their personal mail id (frequently checked one) which they have given to me and the mail id which subscribes the mails from group are same.
So many members may have rules to send the mails which they got from our group to Personal folder and they wont see if they are busy with work. First make all the active members as Team Leaders and assign 4-6 in active members to him. He will coordinate with all the members and escalate to core team if they have any issues. He is whole responsible for activities assigned to him by core team. Chaitanya and Prasanthi will decide Team leaders for Hyd. Ball is in ur court, take decision asap. Thanks, Pa1.
