Hi All,
It's been long since I sent message to the group. I am one of those
who check group emails once a week, but I am active in reading the
subjects but not responding to any topics.

So from my openion, the group should have two sub groups.
1) Those who actively involve in giving suggestions and
participating in everyday activities of the group.

2). Those who may not be able to spend time in reading or
participating in group posts everyday, but they are willing to
contribute financially. Group can send only emails about the
initiatives of the group once a week or case by case basis instead
of reading the entire thread of each and every post.

Others who are not responding at all can be deleted, but sometimes
few people will forward important emails or at least spread the word
about the group which always helps. So may be once in every six
months send a reminder emails about the group to find those who want
to unsubscribe because of whatever their personal reason is.

Good luck.
Kumar.
