Hi! All, Yes. I agree with Hari. Dormant members are not harmful. As he rightly said one may become active or dormant perhaps in cycles. We should be Ok with it. It might not be possible for many to be active always. On top of it we did not have a fixed road map any time. It is all need based activity. when we take up the slum development, we can have a better laid itinerary people might join. We can not ignore any participation, however small it may be. Further, money is also most important ingredient. If with no hassels people are contributing Rs.100 a month whay should we deny it. May be we can make it mandatory for dormant members to pay fee on quarterly or half yearly basis. This may make not serious people to dropout and not so serious people to continue.
