Very nice! I've also tried to tweak the Touch alsa config to send the sound to a Music Streamer II USB dac - without luck. This is an asynchronous device which I understand the current Touch firmware does not handle properly.
John, in another post you say that you have hacked the alsa driver to do proper asynchronous USB. Is this a module or compiled into the kernel?
