John, Much appreciated. By changing the asound.conf to what you had above I was able to get my iBasso D10 working on the usb.
I'm happy that I at least know it works with my gear. Now I can try getting getting all outputs to work. I've found some documentation describing the order issue and also combining outputs. Note: for whatever reason I had to pull the power to get things working correctly. Resetting via the button on the back wasn't enough. Also, since the iBasso D10 is limited on the USB I really don't intend to use it in this way. I'll probably pick up a dacport for 96/24 via USB.
