To answer my own question: I just received TAS's Spring 2011 Buyer's
Guide and the Touch is mentioned not once but twice.

First there is a capsule review of the Touch on page 154 under the
"Servers and Other Digital Sources" section. The capsule review is
basically a straight of the summary section of the full Touch review.

Second the Touch is listed on the last page (page 200) as one of "The
320 Greatest Bargains In High-End Audio".

Since TAS doesn't use a strict rating like Stereophile it's difficult
to compare their final verdict on the Touch with Stereophile's lowly
Class D rating but I would venture a guess at about an equivalence to a
Class B rating. Not to bad for a $300 item.

In fact I'm so impressed with TAS's treatment of the Touch that I may
even take back all those bad things I said about HP and his Super Disc
List. Only kidding, HP and his dreadful list are still pretty much
worthless, well entirely worthless since if I ever receive one of the
Super Discs as a present at least I know I can safely return it without
even bothering to give it a listen.
