Yep ethernet works and you install the cables some nails and power
tools , my soundqulity would suffer if all my network cables where on
the floors . I would stumble and get tangled in them and rip apart the
equipment and the nosebleed won't help either .

Ethernet is galvanically isolated current loops it is designed for
long cable runs from the ground up and it can be recovered by switches
in between so if you fancy 200 meters you put a switch in the middle or
convert to optical multimode glass fiber cable :) and now where talking
kilometres .

There is absolutely no reason to doubt this the hard drive noise is not
0 dB so this noise would always have higher impact than the Ethernet
cables on the sound quality always fix things in order of priority.

The proof that Ethernet cables works is that you can read this post and
as tcpip or what we call it is a data protocol it does not matter if it
is audio pictures or the text I'm typing it's all information.

Please don't be on other victim of the cult.

For the 1800 century dwellers 1meter approximately 3.28 feet > 1 yard

I'll think I have some floz of coffee
