Running a "two-hop" wireless setup such as yours greatly increases the chance that you will have transmission issues. As suggested earlier, try temporarily _wiring_ your server PC to your router. Also, check Windows power management to be sure your server is not set to go into standby/hibernate after a preset time. Power everything off including your router and Touch (unplug them). Restart things in this order: 1. router (give it a full two minutes to start), 2. server PC (again, give it a few minutes), 3. Touch. If the problem goes away, at least you'll know the cause and you can decide how you want to address it.
