hi folks, I borrowed a Transparent cable (plastic core) valued at 80$. No real change with the cheap 5$ generic one. I just ordered a 70$ Silflex glass core. Should receive it in one week. Will keep you posted. Here is the link http://www.lifatec.com/toslink2.html
