I don't think you will get any agreement on what is "best". The only one that can decide is you. The triode plug in seems to be based on sound engineering principles and provides bit perfect output. TT3.0 is based on some obscure, unproven speculation and seems to provide bit perfect output, but possibly cause some hassle with compatibility.
