Caad, I have tried your recommended modification, and I am very pleased with the result. IMHO the benefits are very audible. Increased 3D and a very natural, relaxed and well-defined soundscape. Could you please elaborate a little on the technical aspects. What are the reasons the removal of the Toslink transmitter -and especially- the 100R resistor improve the RCA dig out? And do you by any chance have measurements to back it up? I've noticed you're from Denmark like me.
