Would you be interested in trying to translate one of the clients
(probably tpclient-pywx) to Polish? Do you have any experience doing so?

It shouldn't take me to much effort to produce a gettext file which
includes all the strings which need translation.

We don't really have any diplomacy at the moment, and it's not really
planned for TP04 either. Players however can send each other messages
using the message system. Servers can also fairly easily implement a
"change ownership to" order without any problems.

I think diplomacy with the AI is probably going to need some more
framework support, natural language passing is really hard to do :)
