I think open source software has quite a bit of an advantage when it comes to localization. And having software in your mother language is more important then many people realize (one of the reasons why Firefox and some other software translated into Slovenian are so popular in Slovenia). And when it comes to games there is even less localization going on as with other software. I think having Thousand Parsec in as many languages as possible would be a great plus.
