Just one thing to watch for:

Personally I'm wary of allowing another organisation to choose what
licence my code is under or what the terms mean in later versions.  I
don't know how the committee will be in 5 years time.

/me notes to get round to making sure the "any later version" line is
missing from galaxie in the GPL.
