[tracker2] T2-135 and Garmin Nuvi 350

I have been doing more trouble shooting, and have come to the conclusion that 
the hockey puck gps that was connected may have been interfering with the 
operation of the NUVi, when I removed it, the nuvi will respond to a test 
--version message immediately, and according to ui-view test messages that I 
send from the nuvi are going out, but test messages to the nuvi I have sent are 
not showing up, and it would appear the nuvi is resending the messages over and 
over, but according to uI-View an ACK was received.  What could cause the 
message to be sent multiple times? Should I change the retries to 1?
