Messages from the Nuvi will remain in the Outbox until they either
receive an ack or exhaust their retries. Since both the Nuvi AND the T2
are doing retries, this can be a VERY long time! The internal T2
retries all use the same acknowledge code (the thing after the { at the
end of the message) while a retry from the Nuvi gets a new ack code.
If you aren't getting ack to outbound messages to a known-online station
(especially if that station receives your message), then you're almost
definitely not going to be able to receive a message from someone else.
The returned ack and the incoming message take the same path, be it all
RF or Internet gating to/from RF.
