This is all covered under ETSI with C&S-121 that is currently in the RFC stage. 1. Grandfathering is limited to equipment no older than 100 years. 2. In an unprecendented move, the C&S Technical Committee (C&S TC-121) has had the wisdom and foresight to combine BOTH PRI and BRI. 4. Ring-back is not an issue. 5. Loop start is preferably nylon twine. 6. Compatibility of materials is preferably Hemp and Al. 7. Clearance if a min. of 15 feet. Yes, ETSI has adopted feet as a unit of measurement.
