Three cheers for Rick, who does understand what the Directives are trying to do. I've been trying to make that point several times and Rick does it wonderfully. Industry has a bit of a problem in that they talk a good free enterprise but do not want to take the risks that come with that. If you are comfortable only with sure things, than you are a good bureaucrat and not an entrepreneur. As my entrepereurial grandfather used to say, there are businessmen and clerks. Businessmen go bankrupt taking risks and make profits if the risk they take pans out well. People who do not take great risks should not make big profits, they are clerks who hand things across the counter, but not business people. Ciao, Vic
