I'll be watching. One would think it would only check Treo state when it
was ready to refresh, but maybe not.
Yeah, we've got this one going on both lists. Gets a little
confusing when I think I'm responding on one and I'm on the other.
Doesn't hurt the output, but could be confusing when I say I posted a
similar problem on the DB6 group -- and I'm on the DB6 group. Oh well.
To reiterate for the benefit of the Treo group:
This morning, as many others when I've noticed, the 680 is warmer
than it seems it should be, and the battery is down -- this morning 46%.
I' too, suspected 4Cast because it seemed to be related to another
nightly problem, with the backup.
My 4Cast is set to refresh every 24 hours at 6 a.m., and disconnect
after refresh.
I have an Advanced wireless prefs button, and the only two prefs are
Use HTTP library (unchecked) and Check Treo radio state (checked).
Interestingly, the 4Cast manual makes no mention of the Advanced
button. I just checked the shsh forum on TreoCentral and there's nothing
there, either.
