Same as not using all caps, trimming replies at the bottom of the message (something i don't always do), subject-creep, personal insults, etc. Here's a guide i found in a google search that explains some of the concepts of netiquette http://www.our-kids.org/Archives/email_netiquette.html Some of it isn't relevant (like the parts with attachments) but you should get the basic idea.
