Craig, I couldn't agree with you more. But, since giving "guidance" is the norm, I don't think Palm's deciding not to is a refreshing move, especially in the face of facts it acknowledged: that the company lost money recently because it experienced large, unexpected warranty costs for an unnamed product (my guess: the 680) and was 6 months late delivering an important new product (maybe the 755p). -- Larry Hess, CPA | Albuquerque, NM
