I think Sprint isn't significantly worse or better than other carrier's CS.  
There are good reps and bad, and it's just a matter of finding the good ones, 
or access to the people with more knowledge.  There is a SprintUsers.com 
discussion forum that can be very helpful when you have questions that Sprint 
can't answer...

CS is hit or miss with Sprint. The plus side is, once you get yourself
set up you shouldn't ever need to talk to them again.
