I don't think you have to order it online. There's an 800# on the SERO web site.

That's how I ordered my Centro; but, then again, they did screw up the $99 
price. It took multiple calls to customer service to straighten it out.

I'm a Verizon customer whose contract is about to end. I'm considering the 
Sprint SERO plan and getting a Centro.
