They do. In fact I made use of it last month to exchange my Centro. I had purchased their "Small Universal PDA Case", which is brown leather, and I either got a defective one or they are just poorly made because the brown dye in the leather transferred to my keyboard and turned it brown. Sprint let me exhange it for a brand new one at no charge.
