I am not a happy camper.

First, the update failed to process. It hung while the desktop said
that it was executing the update, not to touch the Treo, etc. The Treo
said that the file should not be in memory and to remove it... an hour
later, still nothing. Chat with Palm Support, and we managed to get
the update process working. In the process, I had to do a hard reset.

So, my first post-update sync did a restore. But not everything got
restored. Missing programs include such things as RLock, HiLauncher,
Butler, Initiate, Resco Viewer, Resco Explorer, Resco Backup, ListPro,
and who knows what else. Attempting to do a restore-all from my card,
even a restore-by-file and unselecting saved_prefs and unsaved_prefs
results in a boot-loop.

I think I'm missing items from my Contacts.

These are all things that were existing prior to my last hotsync, and
using BackupBuddy, +everything+ gets backed up.

It's going to take me several days to get this sorted out, and several
more days to reconfigure everything. :(
