Theres an article on engadget where Palm is addressing the patch and basically telling people it will void warranty.
I have a Pre for work, but its not a primary phone so as much as I want to try the patch, I wont. I have a BB, WM, iPhone and then the Pre. _____________________________________ Blackberry PIN 216AB19A Blackberry, Treo, Windows Mobile, iPhone Repair Motorola 2-Way Radio Service and Technical Consulting _____ From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of [email protected] Sent: Monday, March 29, 2010 1:10 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Treo] 800MHz patch for Pre So, I am seeing many people say how much faster the Pre is which update. So why isn't Palm embracing this? I am concerned putting this in place if it is not supported as if anything happens to my phone I don't want the insurance invalidated because I did this unsupported update.
