Purism.
We have clearly stated since we started, that we are free from the
bootloader, through the kernel, the operating system, and all software. We
have known the difficulty with freeing the Intel FSP binary, even before
forming Purism, I reached out to coreboot to hire developers to help in
freeing this binary blob. We recently posted our Road to FSF RYF Endorsement

help make it easy to follow our progress.
We ARE NOT THERE YET. But are very interested in anybody willing to help
advance this area forward.
Rather than bashing those trying to solve the "impossible" maybe we can work
together to free it!
