I think its normal. or the other two things aka 3d graphics proprietary Software...

But I don't know, there may be other reasons... bugs, ??? or huge freakin desktops such as kde, but yeah... I may be wrong, but it could be some rare issue.

I guess wait for a response from someone with more knowledge than I?
