You are tromming in the correct way. Then you are vanishing a lot of
charges.  Very good!

And now you are more opened for more charges to vanish. And now you are
getting emotional. It’s a natural consequence of charges vanishing. Now you
have more opportunities to TB. Of course, those ‘emotionals’ can become
worst, and must be solved. That is all .

Level 4 is a though one, because you are digging more deeper.

The fear hided all the bad scenes you have had in your past, to preserve
your sanity (or you would go stay all life in the asylum).

Welcome to our trom list: all of us showed fear, and guilty, and anxiety,
and diseases, and unhappiness, and etc., for years...

Sometimes we can better express ourselves with our stories. So you, when
describing yours games details. And this is the trom list goal: a no game
condition to help each other.

All of us can help you with our points of view, but you have to choose what
to do, e you will be the responsible for your actions, as you always was,
knowing this or not.

I agree with you that we inherited from ascendants all the seeds of virtues
and vicious we need. And we chose all of them (and so we are responsible by
our choices) during conception: Physical, Emotional, Spiritual seeds.  Those
seeds grow on their right time. And here in my country we say “The son of
the fish, little fish is”.  I had a wonderful therapy (of 20 sessions) based
on this concepts and I experienced this stuff. So I do believe in that.

But this knowledge is a rational Mind stuff. And our problems are all from
Reactive Mind stuff, and they play though games with each other. Knowledge
normally does not resolve problems, but it’s only the knowledge application
which normally does.

< I go  catatonic ( go into stupor and numbness )  at those times.>

I do have a very painful case.  But you can stimulate your problems with
absolute precision! And it is of great value!

So you should start from them.

I suggest you some techniques I have used with success. Some of them are not
TROM techniques (sorry guys for this) , but the big point here is to
dissolve your problems. TROM is a wonderful technology for continuous
upgrading of our spiritual being. But sometimes the things get so worse and
the pain is so high that we decide abandon this lifeboat. Those techniques
helped in specific and though events, where I could not have enough energy
(or courage) to apply trom. So I resolved my problems and  trom
becomes easier again.

1.         Just by facing the problem

a.       Hug someone, feel the displeasure without judgment (just feel),
until gone. I did that with my fear, successfully.

b.      This is the toughest one, but works.

2.        Imagine two opposite scenes and “timebreak” them.

a.       Imagine the worst scene with a hug, or intimate relationship, or
any other scene where you go catatonic.

b.      Inside the above scene choose the better place to stay away from the
bad one. This better place is your best scene.

c.       “Timebrake” those scenes.

                                                               i.      This
is an especial kind of timebreak (not mentioned by Denis). The key point is
you compare the bad scenes with the good scene, using the exact method of
timebreak. In place of Now you should use the better scene.

                                                             ii.      When
you see the bad one you will tend to be catatonic, but then you change focus
to the good scene, and that is a healthy one, you become normal again.

                                                            iii.      Each
time you focus both, the fear, the guilty, the displeasure, the discomfort
gets smaller.

                                                           iv.      When the
charges vanished, the work is done.

3.       You can try EFT or Emotrace (google can assist you to find out)

4.       You can try Primes Integration (two hours only Zivorad thecnology)

5.       You can try DP4 (also a Zivorad Technology)

a.       This technique is very close with the especial timebreak above.

b.      You should immerse in those scenes, one scene each time.

c.       In each immersion you should just identify four aspects that comes
to your mind when you jump in that scene: body sensation, emotion, image,
thought.

d.      You should alternate the scenes until you realize that those scenes
are the same!

e.      And at end both scenes integrate and the bad one does not bother you
any more.

Your case is a very bad one, but it is just a reaction of your reactive mind
trying to get attention from your Rational Mind to vanish your charges.

All of them can be surely vanished.

And when you finally do that with them, you will love hug and love
everybody.

Keep tromming and be happy.
