HI J
Listen to the recording by Dennis of his early experiences with LRH. He
describes going exterior when audited and what he could do thereafter.

I am not able to go exterior at will yet. I do go exterior at night while
dreaming. My dreams are in technicolor and very sharp. I can recall them in
the day with good clarity. As I wake up and become aware of my body again i
recognize that i am shifting my view from looking with my being to looking with
my bodies eyes. This transition causes the clear image to fade in intensity
and sharpness.

While looking out my bodies eyes i can see the room sharply but recall dreams
or past scenes only dimly.

You might get a copy of the Sedona Method from amazon.com and read the part
about Releasing. Now run level 2 looking at people and places from your
childhood that are charged and begin releasing the emotional charge.

When you come home from work take a walk. Walk until your sense of exhaustion
goes away then go home and do some auditing.

You can also do your auditing during the day. In the Sedona Method book they
suggest that you release on people you deal with during the day by releasing
and feelings that you are controlling them or they are controlling you. The
book goes into detail on the questions you need to ask. If you release on the
people you work with or on customers you meet before meeting them you will find
you are less exhausted at the end of the day.

In order for TROM to work you have to start somewhere and begin to make
progress. CCH's are best as the starting point. the Sedona Method helped me
to get started as i could run it any time and any where. I got in the habit of
auditing anything that upset me at work and i still audit anything that life
stirs up as it comes up. i do not try to wait and have a session time to
handle things. Now i am making progress with TROM because of the confidence i
gained from this early progress.

Hope that helps

Keep on TROMing

Pete

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  Thanks Pete,

You are right, of course. My frustration level is very high :)

I have tried that one on myself a few times before. Does it need another
terminal to give the command, or can I give myself the command?

When I try it, I see an image of myself, looking at myself from behind myself
(as if my viewpoint is a camera watching myself externalizing), and I suspect
it's just a mental image. That if I turned around, I wouldn't be able to see
anything I didn't already know was there :( Do you have to consciously make
your viewpoint correct when exteriorizing, or should it happen automatically
and naturally?

Also, is the end result, purely a viewpoint from a body exterior location, or
is there more to it than that (eg - the feeling that you have some mass or
something visual moving along with you).

Do you do this with the body's eyes closed, to cut off visual input?

I don't remember ever exteriorizing at will in this life, even when under
anasthetic and injured. I am stuck well and truly in my body (though I
postulate that I am not).

Having said that, I do believe that recently I may have exteriorized without
realising it, when half asleep or very tired, i have had vivid images of places
I knew were real, and felt real at the time (a hotel lobby near the sunbed I
was dozing on), and some random streets I had never seen before, which felt
very real. Dreams or exteriorizations?

And with regard to sensations. Is there a particular way you feel when
exterior, so you can distinguish it from a visualisation?

My current job is quite high power, and leaves me washed out on my off time
very often. One time recently I was lying down, trying to watch TV, and I
wanted to move to pick up something, but my body was exhausted, but I felt I
had another body that I could move, inside of my physical body, I moved the
arms and then got freaked and stopped. Is that an indicator of anything? Or was
it just exhaustion?

  Thanks for the input Pete.

  Regards,

  J
