I've listened to that tape a few times.
Sadly, although Dennis gives a great description of being exterior, he doesn't describe the process LRH ran on him (something to do with visualising masses). Does anyone know which process it was? Also, Dennis describes being above the group in the meeting, and being behind his body as he walked home. What are the nitty gritty mechanics of this? How could Dennis avoid obstacles etc, if his view point was so far behind his body as it was walking. Is it like controlling something (the body) via remote control? I assume the body's eyes were open, could both sets of visual input be perceived (was his viewpoint duplicated, one exterior, one interior?). If anyone has any insight into these questions, I'd be grateful to hear them. For me, there are so many unknowns, despite the amount written on the subject.
