On the SuperMarket Paradox Denis shows us what is exteriorizing: it is your point of view of some past (or present) scene (inside the supermarket in his example) where you can see your body on the scene. When we remember charged scenes we normally go exterior to see them, because going exterior is an auto-defense mechanism: we cannot see the original scene from our eyes because it is too painful for us. So you normally go exterior, like everyone else. Leôncio
