Blainer) Thank you for the reference. These verses in Job ch 38 are
great, huh? They refer to the creation of the earth, and the children of
the Father who were then angels--or spirits, in other words. By "morning
stars" I think is meant the first of his created spirit children, the
leaders, such as Adam and Eve, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Christ, etc., I
think "all the sons of God" refers to the rest of us. We were singing
and shouting with joy because our future dwelling place and place of
probation was being organized. I believe we were all there, what do you
believe?

Blainer) He didn't want to be just A god, he wanted to BE God. He
wanted to dethrone God, and take over the whole show. He wanted to sit
on the throne, where God sits. See Isaiah 14:12-17
In a sense, he was already a god. He was one of God's most enlightened
angels. In Isa 14:12 he is called Lucifer, which means "The Shining
One," or "Lightbringer," or "Son of the Morning." Apparently Lucifer
was his name before he rebelled and fell. Afterwards, he was given the
name of SATAN, which means " the Slanderer." When I see people
slandering Joseph Smith, I am reminded slander was the technique whereby
Satan sought to overthrow and discredit God.

Blainer) I think you remember correctly--that is the way I remember it.
Satan waged a war of ideas and values, and many followed after him.
Those who were deceived by him were cast out of heaven. The other 2/3
sooner or later came to earth, took upon themselves mortal bodies.
