Blainer) I have seen your posts and questions, but did not know what to
say, as I am not sure where the doctrines are found--only that they are
there.

However, as I said to Laura, I think to seek to become like God is the
highest form of worship. Some may choose to see this as blasphemy. But
to me it is the ultimate worship, and the highest compliment one can pay
God. On the other hand, the most sure way to offend Him is to sin
against His word and become like his arch-enemy, Satan. As he says, he
is a Jealous God, and certainly wants us to emulate Him. He is offended
when and if we worship false Gods, idols or the Devil, who seeks to
supplant Him on His throne. Think about it.

Michael D:    Dave H, I am interested in finding out how did God become a man, and how did he become exalted to be God? I asked a couple of questions of you and Blainer yesterday to get a clear understanding of what LDS theology says about these things. I am picking up bits of answers as I read through the posts.  Could you answer these for me?
