the first place? Have they always been there, or are they creations of
God? To put this in different terms, did they co-exist with God as
eternal beings, or did he at some point in time create them? I see no
other possibilities, but if you do, please explain.
They were there before creation according to Job Chapter 38
They were created to worship God and Satan got upset - actually he got power hungry and wanted to be a god so God threw him out and 1/3 of the others followed him or something like that. I'd have to look up my notes from a course I took a number of years ago, but that is what I remember about it. Laura
